Neal Williams is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of Carr & Ferrell. Mr. Williams specializes in corporate law, providing advice on the development, licensing and protection of intellectual property, as well as general corporate matters. Mr. Williams also serves as a general corporate counsel to start-up and mid-level private companies.

Prior to his career in corporate law, Mr. Williams served as a marketing manager for Signetics Corporation, and in marketing management, research and product planning for several other electronics companies, including Texas Instruments, Rockwell International and National Semiconductor.

Mr. Williams has also served as a consultant to the Government of the United Kingdom, Department of Industry, Information and Technology Division. His business experience includes working as a securities analyst with a Wall Street brokerage firm and as an operations analyst with Electronic Data Systems.

Mr. Williams has been practicing law since 1983 at leading Silicon Valley law firms, and has been a partner with Carr & Ferrell since 1999.
