Rob Keller is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Carr & Ferrell. Mr. Keller specializes in corporate work on behalf of both public and private companies, as well as venture capital firms and other financial institutions.

While in law school, Mr. Keller interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and clerked for the Honorable Andrew L. Sonner (Ret.). He was also an Articles Editor on the Hastings Business Law Journal.

In addition to his legal background, Mr. Keller has a strong background both in finance and life sciences. He is also a member of the firm’s Mobile Technology Committee.

Prior to earning his MBA and law degree, Mr. Keller was a stockbroker in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He also worked as a consultant to the National Institutes of Health, and as a research intern at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Department of Infectious Diseases.
