Randy Gard is Co-Chairman of Carr & Ferrell’s Patent Group, and specializes in highly focused strategic intellectual property counseling, planning and asset management.
Having worked in industry and served as
trusted counsel, both in private practice
and as in-house counsel, for a variety of
technology-related companies, including a
six year period as Senior Patent Counsel for
Apple Computer, Randy has extensive
technical and legal experience.
Randy’s practice includes the
formulation and negotiation of business
transactions and licensing strategies, the
creation and development of patent
portfolios, including preparation and
prosecution of patent applications, and
patent analysis and enforcement in both
right-to-use and litigation contexts.
