Brad Blocker is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group of Carr & Ferrell. Mr. Blocker's practice specializes in complex business and commercial litigation with emphasis on all aspects of intellectual property including trademark, trade dress, copyright and patent infringement litigation.
Mr. Blocker's experience includes
handling intellectual property cases
involving trademark and trade dress claims,
software counterfeiting, copyright and
patent infringement, as well as trade
secrets and unfair business practices.
In addition, he has handled, resolved
through settlement or mediation, and/or
tried many cases to verdict in the areas of
general business, securities/brokerage,
financial services, contract, shareholder
claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims,
employment/labor, directors and officers
liability, fidelity, product liability and
professional negligence litigation.
Mr. Blocker's litigation practice
encompasses both the state and federal
courts, and arbitrations and mediations, on
behalf of a variety of clients including
corporations, start-ups, partnerships, joint
ventures and individuals.
